Yes! We have partnered with Venluree to supply and install Deep Sleep Blinds throughout New Zealand. If you are located outside of Auckland, please reach out to your local Venluree branch to organise a quote and install. Find your local Venluree branch →
Our current install rates are $75 + $40 for any additional windows. Install time is generally around an hour per window depending on size. Please note: supply partners may have different installation rates.

We build the blinds a couple of mm undersize so the surround fits neatly into the frame. They are secured with screws to the inside of the window frame, with foam tape applied around the outside to seal the edges. If there are any further gaps due to warped frames, we use a closed-cell foam tape to block any potential light leaks — ensuring a clean, total blackout finish.
Measuring is straightforward — we need your inner window frame width and height in millimetres. Take each measurement in three places (top, middle, and bottom for width; left, centre, and right for height) and use the largest reading. We'll double-check everything before manufacturing begins.

We typically have a 2-week lead time to manufacture your order, though this may vary depending on demand. We pride ourselves on great communication and will keep you updated at every step.
Yes — we charge a 30% deposit upfront with the remainder due on the day of installation.
For smaller windows, a minimum order value applies: $200 for Single Pull and $250 for Dual Pull.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin manufacturing. If you change your mind after manufacturing has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
We stand behind our blinds as a premium product and offer a 2-year warranty covering issues arising from normal use. Get in touch at hello@deepsleepblinds.co.nz if you need to make a claim.
