About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Deep Sleep Blinds website (deepsleepblinds.co.nz) and any orders placed with us. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@deepsleepblinds.co.nz.

Quotes and pricing

Price estimates provided through our online calculator are indicative only. A confirmed quote will be provided after we receive your measurements and confirm your selections. Final pricing is agreed in writing before any order is placed.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Installation pricing is separate from blind pricing and will be confirmed at the time of quoting.

Custom orders

All blinds are custom-made to your specified measurements. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing has commenced. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before confirming your order. We recommend following our measuring guide carefully.

We accept responsibility for any manufacturing errors on our part and will remake affected blinds at no cost to you.

Warranty

Deep Sleep Blinds come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@deepsleepblinds.co.nz with photos and a description of the issue.

Installation

Professional installation is available in Auckland and through our nationwide partners at Venluree. Installation pricing and availability will be confirmed at the time of quoting. We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer self-installation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website including images, text, and design is the property of Deep Sleep Blinds and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Deep Sleep Blinds is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
